Robert Wayne Cox, 57, is missing. He last seen Saturday, February 19, 2011, at 1 p.m. near his home in Havana, Arkansas which is located in Western Yell County.
According to his wife, Robert was last seen wearing a navy blue hoodie, light gray sweat pants and gray tennis shoes. He was reported to suffer from dementia and is not able to speak and may be disoriented. He shuffles as he walks…very slowly. His sister advised that he walks with his head down, chin resting on chest. He never lifts his head upwards.
His sister and father are terribly worried over his well being and ask the public to please help look for their loving Robert.
If anyone has information about Mr. Cox’s whereabouts they are asked to the Yell County Sheriff’s Office at (479) 495-4881, or your local police.

(Today)...I need your prayers. Today February 19th, 2013 leaves a Yell County family still in desperate need to find there missing Loved one..Robert W. Cox, now 59 yrs old from the Havana area. Robert disappeared from his home exactly 2 years ago...today 2/19/2011. He was last seen according to his wife, Vickie Cox in a (clear-cutt) a cut over timber area near there home...
ReplyDeleteRobert had medical pro...blems and couldn't walk in brushy areas where trees were down and lot's of debris lying on the ground, because of his conditions...if he fell down then he couldn't get back up on his own. Roberts chin rested on his chest and his visibility was only about 3 feet as he stared at the ground...
Dad..Gene Cox 85, and Lydia (Cox) Carter...Roberts sister have spent 2 years trying to figure out how there loved one disappeared from this clear-cutt in only a 5 minute time-line as Mrs Cox has stated to authority's as she last saw him. He just vanished!!
So please pray with me today for Roberts dad, sister, and friends for some type of closure to Roberts disapperance and that the family can get some peace, and comfort once again as they continue to be (grief stricken for thier loved one) and are still fighting, and doing everything possible to find out what may have happened to Robert this Feb day 2011.
